The Councilor for Citizen Participation of the Lorca City Council, José Ángel Ponce has reported the reopening, starting on Friday, June 5, of the municipality's social premises, complying with all the established hygienic-sanitary measures. Ponce explained that "just as happened during the second phase of the de-escalation with the canteens that are in the social premises and which were allowed to open in compliance with more limited capacity measurements and only on the terraces, this reopening of the social premises is being coordinated from the Department of Citizen Participation with the collaboration of the Service for the Prevention of Occupational Risks through various meetings with the presidents of neighborhood associations, seniors, women and youth.

" "From the Lorca City Council, to guarantee the right to assembly, we have drawn up an opening plan for the municipal social premises, a document detailing how to carry out this reopening of the facilities, which will take place from tomorrow June 5, maximizing the security measures of its users, with a maximum of 15 people respecting, in any case, the distances of 2 meters between attendees, the use of a mask inside the premises being mandatory at all times and limiting their activities, courses and workshops as well as board games are suspended.

" The mayor has detailed that "the maximum capacity must be indicated on the door of the premises and, as for the use of the toilets, it will be individually except for children and people in need of a companion and will be disinfected after each use while that the cleaning and disinfection of the social premises must be at least once a day.

" Ponce Díaz recalled that "the launch of these services has been preceded by the delivery of information material to the different associations to adapt the facilities to the current situation caused by the coronavirus and no center can be opened without the group having received the training as well as the presentation with detailed information through the Department and the Occupational Risk Prevention Service, so that we make sure that the group is aware of the regulations, and will also carry out the disinfection and cleaning of the facilities through the volunteers of the Civil Protection and Emergency Service ". The Councilor for Citizen Participation has revealed that "it is about incorporating all security guarantees for users, especially the elderly, since they make up one of the population groups at risk and, therefore, we work to prevent and avoid contagions. Therefore, these rules have been explained to all the presidents of the associations of neighbors, elders, women and children in the various meetings that from the Department of Citizen Participation we have organized in small shifts of people with the aim of comply with hygiene sanitary security measures.

" José Ángel Ponce has insisted on the "need to exercise the utmost responsibility when complying with all these measures, since the objective is to gradually recover to normality and overcome the coronavirus."
