" The Councilor for Citizen Security of the Lorca City Council, José Luis Ruiz Guillén, has reported the arrest by the Lorca Local Police of a 22-year-old young man from Malaga, for a crime of damage. The mayor of Citizen Security has explained that "the events took place this past Friday, July 3, around 5 in the morning, when a Local Police patrol that was carrying out surveillance work, observed from the parking lot of the Plaza de Toros, lantern lights that illuminated the wagons parked on the train track and where a group of 6 young people were making graffiti, these when observing the police presence ran out of the place.
" José Luis Ruiz Guillén added that "thanks to a witness, the agents were able to locate one of the young men who had managed to flee the place by hiding in nearby private property and where he was crouching in a dimly lit corner of the compound.
