The objections made by the Intervention will be published on the website of the City Council. VOX has nothing to hide since in our training we are aware that political parties with representation in institutions must dispose of public resources with full transparency, always under the control of the citizenry and in accordance with the legal system. However, we regret that LOR + LGTBIQ has only asked to investigate our accounts and not that of the rest of the municipal group.
It seems to us that in the LOR + LGTBIQ association there is no concern about the use that other political parties make of their municipal allocation, but only what VOX Lorca does. This makes us think that behind the request of this group ideological reasons are hidden, since VOX has demonstrated on numerous occasions its rejection of the municipal "beach bars" and the rainbow mafia since we openly defend the freedom of each individual to choose their sexual orientation. We propose to the LOR + LGTBIQ collective to extend their request to investigate the allocation received by the Municipal VOX Group to that of the other groups.
In this way, LOR + LGTBIQ would demonstrate that its petition seeks to guarantee the correct use of public funds of all parties with representation and not only attack VOX. At VOX Lorca we consider that sectarianism, the unjustified victimhood of certain groups and visceral hatred against political groups like ours, voted by the people of Lorca in an exercise of democratic freedom, should be banished from the political life of our municipality.
