The mayor of Parks and Gardens explained that "planting of different varieties of Poinsettia, known as the traditional poinsettia, specifically 4,500 red, 500 white and 500 roses in the municipal greenhouses of La Torrecilla which are currently at full capacity.

" Antonio Navarro added that "in addition, some 4,000 specimens of petunias will be planted in the areas of the municipality, between these summer and autumn months, as well as 2,000 tagetes, a plant that is also known as a carnation of Moorish, and 1,000 specimens of cyclamen to complement the decoration with poinsettias at Christmas.

" Navarro Pérez has detailed that "these works, carried out by the staff of Parks and Gardens, are being carried out in accordance with all the security measures established due to the health crisis caused by the coronavirus."
