Isidro Abellán has detailed that "the building, which has a constructed area of ??around 2,500 m2 and dates from 1967, consists of a basement and four floors that are currently intended for the health center's own uses and which have recently transferred to Santa Rosa de Lima.

" The Councilor for Heritage has indicated that "it is intended to request the transfer of ownership of this property to host public services that are the responsibility of this local administration." "Our intention is to make it easier for citizens to carry out all kinds of procedures, taking advantage of the good location of this property, located in the heart of the old town, close to the Town Hall, the future Palace of Justice or the current headquarters of the College of Lawyers from Lorca and from the Lorca Regional Confederation of Business Organizations (CECLOR), to give it an administrative use of public service and give it a dynamic effect on the area in which it is located, "Isidro Abellán insisted.
