The Councilor for Citizen Security of the Lorca City Council, José Luis Ruiz Guillén, has taken stock of the daily control actions carried out by the Local Police. Ruiz Guillén has detailed that "the breach of use or misuse of the mandatory mask in Lorca has led to a total of 342 complaints and there have also been 42 infractions of the citizen coexistence ordinance, mostly for consumption of alcoholic beverages or urination on public roads.
" The Councilor for Citizen Security recalled that "the use of the mask, as well as the rest of the sanitary and hygienic measures established by the authorities, are mandatory and not doing so implies, for example in the case of the mask, an economic penalty of 100 euros ".
