In the words of the vice mayor "this measure seeks the most advantageous criterion for the citizen, improving the correct procedure of Aguas de Lorca, a joint venture whose main objective is the supply of water in favor of collective health". Francisco Morales has affirmed that "Aguas de Lorca has been providing, without interruption, the water supply and the sewerage and purification service during the State of Alarm decreed this year, always placing sanitary criteria before any other approach.

Collective health it is essential and this obliges us to maintain the essential services provided without interruptions and to avoid being a means of contagion for COVID 19 ". "These compensations will be incorporated as a sum of all the compensated periods at the time that the necessary technical adjustments have been addressed, estimating that they could be collected as of September.

To conclude, the deputy mayor and councilor of Public Companies has stated that "the City Council of Lorca and its joint venture are especially sensitive to cases in which a possible situation of vulnerability may arise and for this there is a Social Fund and, additionally, a series of measures to facilitate the payment of the receipts, among which are the payment commitments that set, without interest, the most comfortable terms and amounts for the client, or the request for a payment document that establishes the best time to pay bills.
