affected, although it is not recommended, especially to people in a situation of special vulnerability to Covid ". Ponce Díaz has specified that "in addition, in terms of hospitality, it will not be possible to make use of the interior of the establishments and 75 percent of the capacity of the terraces is maintained while, the activity of the gaming and betting premises remains suspended and for businesses and other establishments, premises or facilities the maximum capacity allowed will be 50 percent ". "As for sports facilities, residents in the urban area may make use of the facilities that are within this nucleus but not those that are in districts, the same will happen with the inhabitants of districts that will not be able to do use of the sports facilities found within the urban area.

What is allowed is the practice of cycling, running or walking, individually or with partners, outside the urban nucleus ". The Councilor for Health has specified that "the order established by the Ministry of Health has already been published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia and will be effective until next Wednesday, September 23, the date on which the situation regarding the number contagion in Lorca will be reviewed again by the Ministry and the Epidemiology Service of the Region and a decision will be made on its validity ". "We have calculated around 60,000 people residing in the urban area of ??Lorca and that would be included within these new restrictive measures to control the number of cases due to Covid in our municipality.

On the other hand, remember that since the incidence is high minor in districts, residents in these areas will not be affected by these measures, they will continue with those established previously, and they will be able to carry out trips between districts and to other cities ". José Ángel Ponce recalled that "from the Lorca City Council we are going to continue working, making all municipal resources available to the health authorities, we hope that in the next few days the Civil Protection staff will be able to join the Lorca team of trackers, after receive the necessary training given by the Murcian Health Service.
