The mayor, Diego José Mateos, has detailed that "he will be attended from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m.

to 1:30 p.m., and from 4:00 p.m.

to 7:00 p.m., with the aim of solving doubts about the content of the order published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) ". The Mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, and the Councilor for Citizen Participation of the City Council of Lorca, José Ángel Ponce, have reported, this morning, of the launch of a free telephone helpline in which to make all inquiries regarding to the measures adopted in the municipality on the occasion of the flexible phase 1 in force in the urban area of ??Lorca. Diego José Mateos explained that "following the line followed from the first moment of being next to the citizen to make all the information accessible to him, from the Department of Citizen Participation a free telephone number 900 701 053 has been enabled, through which the Neighbors of Lorca, neighborhoods and districts will be able to raise their questions ". Mateos Molina has detailed that this phone will be attended by personnel from the Department of Citizen Participation, from Monday to Friday, in the morning, between 9:30 and 13:30, and in the afternoon, from 16 to 19 hours. The Mayor has indicated that "in this way citizens will be able to obtain information on the reasons that are included in the order of the CARM Health Department and in which it is allowed to enter or leave the urban area of ??our municipality, which we remember , as of this Tuesday, it is in phase 1 made more flexible; the validity periods, specific measures applicable to sectors of activity such as hotels and restaurants; as well as the surveillance and control of the measures adopted ". The mayor has reiterated that "our intention is that no citizen is left without knowing the information or does not know how to act in this situation, for which we will continue to put all the municipal resources that are in our power to make it easier for them."
