The Councilor for Citizen Security of the Lorca City Council, José Luis Ruiz Guillén, took stock this morning, together with the Chief Commissioner of the Lorca Local Police, José Antonio Sansegundo, of the actions carried out this past week, related to with the breach of sanitary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The mayor of Citizen Security has detailed that this past week, between September 14 and 20, a total of 391 sanctions have been filed, of which the 216 corresponding to non-compliance with the use of the mask or wearing it incorrectly stand out; 59 for meetings of more than six people; 37 complaints about the protection of citizen security; another 29 for violation of the Citizen Coexistence Ordinance; 15 for breach of the quarantine period; 14 for not respecting the traffic restrictions in the urban area; 13 due to excess occupants in vehicles; another four for smoking on public roads without respecting the minimum distance of two meters; four for not respecting the capacity of the premises, allowing the consumption in the bar and not complying with the closing hours ". José Luis Ruiz Guillén added that "115 controls were also carried out, 1,141 people have been identified and a total of 3,034 vehicles have been controlled this past week. Ruiz Guillén has specified that "of the total of the complaints last week, many of these took place during the weekend, that is, between Friday, September 18 and Sunday, 20, a period of time in which also 1,222 vehicles were controlled, 431 people were identified and 40 controls were carried out ". The councilor explained that "this past Friday night the agents identified nine minors and two adults who were making a possible bottle in a feeding area, where they were surprised.
