Diego José Mateos has highlighted that "incorporating this group of professionals and volunteers into the tracking and monitoring tasks will allow our municipality to be at the forefront of the tracker ratio per number of inhabitants at the national level, as Lorca reaches the ratio of one tracker for every 3,000 inhabitants, when the maximum percentage recommended by the World Health Organization is one tracker for every 5,000 inhabitants ". Mateos has specified that "every day 10 people will act in this center, who, upon reaching the maximum level of operation, will develop around 300 hours of tracking per week, which will allow between 1,200 and 1,500 weekly communications with infected people and their possible contacts.

Morning and afternoon shifts will be established from Monday to Sunday, the personnel assigned to this center will contact the positives, through a communication protocol.

For this they will have six latest generation laptops; a digital telephone exchange ; six digital telephone terminals; six complete workstations with security screens; hands-free headset system for each operator, and six telephone lines.
