" The mayor has detailed that "those vehicles coming from Santa Clara Avenue that go to the areas of Huerto de La Rueda, Santa Quiteria, La Pulgara Highway, the Felipe VI Sports Complex or the Cartagena Highway or vice versa, that is, from these directions towards Santa Clara Avenue.

Ruiz Guillén has indicated that "drivers who circulate in the direction of Huerto de La Rueda, Santa Quiteria, Santa Clara Avenue and urban center from Poeta Para Vico street at the height of the Vallecas Bridge roundabout will circulate along Los Chaparros Road, Padre Isidro Ruiz, Bodegones and Primero de Octubre streets, La Pulgara road, Santa Quiteria Avenue and the Huerto la Rueda roundabout in all directions.
