The vice mayor and councilor for Public Enterprises, Francisco Morales, has reported the organization by the municipal company Limusa of a special device for urban buses that facilitates and promotes staggered visits to the cemeteries of San Clemente and San Cristobal.
This measure would comply with the recommendations against the spread of Covid-19 to safely visit municipal cemeteries on the occasion of the celebration of 'All Saints' Day.Francisco Morales has stated that "it is a time of year when we traditionally go to cemeteries to visit our loved ones, bring flowers and carry out cleaning and maintenance work, and public transport is a great option, but this year, due to the health circumstances, we must stagger the visits so that they are carried out in a much more orderly and safe way.
"The mayor of Public Companies has reported that "the service between the urban area and the San Clemente cemetery will have a second line, in addition to the usual one at the hospital, from 7:45 a.m.
to 7:15 p.m., both on Friday 30 October as on Saturday 31 and Sunday November 1.
In this way, there will be a bus available every half hour at the usual stops on line 1 between the Apolonia exit, its passage through the Óvalo in the direction of the Rafael Méndez hospital ".In addition, Lorca City Council and Limusa establish for the first time a special urban bus service between Plaza Óvalo and the San Cristóbal cemetery for Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, with stops in Plaza de las Hortalizas and Carretera de Caravaca number 34 in addition to those already established in that route.
The service will be available between 9:00 a.m.
and 6:45 p.m.Line 01 Hospital (San Clemente Cemetery): From October 30 to November 1, 2020.Special Line (Oval-San Cristóbal Cemetery): Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1, 2020.
