The mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, has chaired, this morning, the Security Table for coordination with all the Security Forces and Corps that operate in the municipality on the occasion of the new perimeter confinement measures adopted this Wednesday by the regional government. The mayor of Lorca has indicated that "the objective of this meeting, in which the Local Police, Civil Guard and National Police have participated, has been to coordinate this new measure, in addition to insisting among citizens on their obligation to comply with it, through the different troops who will also develop a dissuasive and pedagogical task ". Mateos Molina has once again appealed to "the individual responsibility of each one of us to respect these perimeter confinement rules that, we recall, will only allow us to leave our municipality for work, health, academic reasons or for any other reason that is considered as force higher". The first mayor has stressed that "as we have always said, we cannot have a policeman guarding every street, although the Local Police have already reinforced the work for this reason, but we also hope that together we can comply.

And remember that those who fail to comply will be sanctioned, first for playing with their health, but also with that of everyone, in addition to putting at risk the economic and social stability of our municipality, already weakened as a result of the previous confinement.
