Isabel Casalduero: "despite the health emergency situation that we are experiencing, we have fulfilled more than 60 percent of the Investiture Pact in just a year and a half of legislature, managing a global health pandemic and with an extended budget"The spokesperson for the Municipal Socialist Group, Isabel Casalduero, reported on the meeting held this morning with the municipal group of Izquierda Unida Verdes regarding the degree of compliance with the Investiture Pact established with said formation.Casalduero has shown that "despite the health emergency situation that we are experiencing, we have complied with more than 60 percent of the Government Pact in just a year and a half of legislature, managing a global health pandemic and with an extended budget" ."We will not feel fully satisfied until we have complied with each and every one of the points contained in the Pact, although we are convinced that the degree of compliance is very satisfactory taking into account the delicate health situation we are experiencing and the time elapsed since the signature ”.The spokesperson for the Municipal Socialist Group has remarked that “our priority is the management of the pandemic, guaranteeing safety and saving lives and, even so, there are many agreements that we have already fulfilled.

Among the main milestones achieved by this Government team we can highlight the progress in closing the earthquake wounds after 9 years; the social consensus regarding the problem of the cattle farms, the achievement of the inclusion of our municipality in the projects of the 2021/2027 Basin Plan that will allow to start the studies for the construction of the rolling dams in the Ramblas de Nogalte, Béjar and Torrecilla as well as the channeling of the Rambla de Biznaga or the speeding up of the processing of the damages caused by both the damages and the snow storms that occurred in our municipality ”.“The well-being of our neighbors is paramount for the Socialist Party of Lorca, so we have increased the municipal budget to carry out public policies that identify and guarantee the basic needs of our citizens, including, in addition, the intensification of the municipal resources used to alleviate the social effects derived from the health crisis caused by Covid-19 with an investment of close to 2 million euros, since last March ”.Casalduero Jódar has insisted that “from the City Council of Lorca we lead the demands in health matters to face the shortage of resources, human and materials that Health Area III has suffered for so many years.
