| This office located on Rambla de las Chatas, on the corner of Ricardo Carrillo, has been awarded the First National Award of Excellence | Branch 2 of Correos in Lorca has managed to win the first National Award of Excellence, a recognition of the work of the staff of this office during the past year. This branch has been the winner of the Correos National Award of 'Excellence' 2019, which places it in the best position, within its category throughout the country, above 150 other offices of similar characteristics. In this award and behind the Lorca office were the offices of Huetor-Vega (Granada), Alguazas (Murcia), Orihuela Costa (Alicante) and Lebrija (Seville). This branch, located on Rambla las Chatas street, opened its doors in July 2009 to serve the residents of the Viña neighborhood.
The premises in which it is located has about 170 square meters and is currently open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.
