| A total of 589 individual stories from Primary and five groups of children and Open Classroom participate in the XXXV children's story contest ´Mª Fernández-Luna Award´ | The mayor of Education and Libraries, Antonia Pérez, points out that "the winners of this contest will be announced next December" and thanked everyone for their participation "in a very consolidated literary event that allows us to verify the interest that reading and writing awakens, every year, in our boys and girls ". The Councilor for Education and Library of the City Council of Lorca, Antonia Pérez, has reported that this Monday, November 9, the deadline for the presentation of the works for the XXXV edition of the Children's Story Contest 'Mª Fernández-Luna Award' ended. The mayor of Libraries recalled that "this event, due to the health situation and the state of alarm had to be postponed last March." Antonia Pérez has detailed that "in this edition a total of 589 individual stories from Primary Education and five groups from Early Childhood Education and Open Classroom have been presented, and whose winners will be announced during the month of December". Pérez Segura pointed out that "there have been seven participating schools, specifically Ciudad del Sol, San José, Andrés García Soler, San Francisco de Asís, Narciso Yepes, Ana Caicedo Richard and Virgen de las Huertas". Finally, the mayor thanked "all the schools for their participation as well as the students for the writing of their work, which is sure to be of high quality", and has "encouraged everyone, adults and children, to continue doing reading and writing that way of escape that helps us escape from the difficult health situation that we are going through and to be able to continue imagining, traveling, also in time, and creating new stories, without leaving the site, even becoming the protagonists of those adventures themselves.
