The deadline for participating in the new training actions included in the third phase of the municipal employment project 'SUMAMOS' has already been opened (19/11/2020)

The beneficiaries will have a scholarship for attendance of € 200 per month, and the themes of the courses will be Embroidery in Silk and Gold; Decorative Painting in Construction, Digitization and Digital Restoration of images; Community Manager, Tools, Analytics and Reports; and LocksmithThe Councilor for Local Development and Employment, Isabel Casalduero, has reported on the new training actions included within the 'SUMAMOS' project, launched by the Lorca City Council, which will be developed over the next few months and whose application deadline is already open.The Councilor for Local Development and Employment recalled that "the 'SUMAMOS' project is fully financed by the Lorca City Council and is being developed by the Department of Employment and Local Development over 3 years in which it will be trained around 360 unemployed people, in the nearly 40 training actions that will be carried out, most of them certificates of professionalism.

"Isabel Casalduero has pointed out that "this training and employment project is intended to carry out training actions, constituting integrated itineraries, to improve the training and employability of unemployed people in the municipality of Lorca."Casalduero Jódar has detailed that “all the training actions have a part of theoretical-practical training and another part of practice, which will be carried out by the students in collaborating companies.

And for the realization of the professional practices, it has the collaboration of a wide network of companies and collaborating centers ”.The Councilor for Employment has specified that “the beneficiaries of this project will receive a grant of € 200 per month for attending the training.

And they will be able to present the applications until next December 16.

Regarding the specific requirements, it is included to be in possession of a minimum qualification of Graduate in Secondary Education in all level 2 training actions and of a minimum Bachelor degree in all level 3 training actions.Specifically, the training actions, which are launched in this third phase of the project, and which will begin throughout the first quarter of 2021, are LOCKSMITH (Level 1); Professional Family "Arts and Crafts": EMBROIDERY IN SILK AND GOLD (Level 1); Professional family "Building and civil works": DECORATIVE PAINTING IN CONSTRUCTION (Level 1); Professional family "Safety and environment": DIGITALIZATION AND DIGITAL RESTORATION OF IMAGES (Level 2); and "Computing and communications" professional family: COMMUNITY MANAGER, TOOLS, ANALYTICS AND REPORTS (Level 3).Finally, the mayor of Employment and Local Development has insisted that we will continue to bet on this type of training programs that allow our neighbors to find a job or improve their skills to continue progressing at work.
