Julián Herencia: "despite the economic and social crisis that have resulted from this pandemic, we understand that the degree of compliance with the agreements is high and we will continue working to reach the rest of the agreements contemplated. The spokesman for the Socialist Municipal Executive, Julián Herencia, regretted "the rupture that, unilaterally, the two councilors of the United Green Left have agreed this morning. Julián Herencia has stressed that "despite the agreement, during this time, from the PSOE we have always had to navigate without the support, except on rare occasions, of a United Left Greens who have always taken the position of the toughest opposition, never that of a force of support and collaboration, as evidenced by the vote against the municipal budgets.

"From the City Council of Lorca we have assumed a multitude of competences in the health management of the pandemic corresponding to the Regional Government and we have created and made available to the health authorities the IFELOR Covid point, the CECOVID Tracking Center as well as the medical offices of districts with the necessary improvements and adaptations to the anti-Covid protocol for its implementation, with an investment of more than 220,000 euros ". The spokesman for the Municipal Executive of the PSOE recalled that "we have also invested about 2 million euros in social policy and basic necessities to guarantee the well-being of those neighbors and they are being seriously affected by the social effects derived from the health crisis ". "In addition to managing the pandemic, during this year and a half, we have made progress in closing the problem of aid granted after the 2011 earthquakes; the beginning of studies for the construction of the rolling dams in the Ramblas de Nogalte , Béjar and Torrecilla as well as the channeling of the Rambla de Biznaga and, after many years, we have reached a social consensus in relation to cattle farms ".
