Francisco Salinas Blanco, on behalf of the Salinas Moreno family, today made a very special donation to Paso Blanco.
These are two works by the illustrious painter from Lorca, Francisco Salinas Correas, dedicated to Our Lady the Virgin of Bitterness and the Holy Christ of the Rescue, a very emotional gift that they wanted to make through the Santo Domingo Foundation.
The president of the Foundation, Juan J dar, accompanied by the president of the brotherhood, Ram n Mateos and the president of the Ladies Choir, Mª del Carmen Gallego, have received this donation with great emotion n, thanking the Salinas Moreno family for this exclusive contribution to the Paso Blanco heritage.
Salinas Correas was a great white man, artistic director of the brotherhood between 1960 and 1970 and as such an artist of great embroidery such as the mantles of the Tribes of Israel.
The paintings donated today to the brotherhood are: Virgin of Bitterness Pen on white cardboard of 24x34 cm.
in sepia color made with short and fine strokes to highlight the details of the drawing, and watercolor in various colors.

Dark background and dark tones to capture the output of the same at night, appreciating quite clearly the effort on the faces of its bearers.
The aim of this work is to highlight the movement and one of the most emotional moments of the throne at the exit of the Chapel, with the entire facade of the Monumental Complex in the background.
