[The Esp n Cultural Fund will host between December 14 and January 8 the photographic exhibition Lorca: The Look of The Three Cultures (11/12/2020)

The sample brings together all the works presented in the photographic marathon of the same name that took place on November 21 to commemorate the day of the patron, San Clemente.

The Deputy Mayor of Lorca and Councilor for Tourism, Francisco Morales, and the Councilor for Culture of the City Council of Lorca, Mar a ngeles Mazuecos, reported this morning, together with the coordinator of the Popular University of Lorca, Miguel P rez Cortijos , of the photographic exhibition "Lorca: The look of the Three Cultures", whose opening is scheduled for this coming Monday, December 14.

The Councilor for Tourism has highlighted that "this Marathon arose with the aim of enhancing our rich historical and cultural heritage, always highlighting and valuing the important footprint and influence that have been deposited in the historical spaces of Lorca Christian, Muslim and Jewish cultures ".

Francisco Morales has "encouraged people from Lorca to visit the photographic exhibition 'Lorca: The look of the Three Cultures', resulting from the photographic marathon whose award was failed on December 4.

This exhibition n will allow us to enjoy emblematic places of our town, such as the Patronal Sanctuary, the Castle, the Synagogue, the Church of San Patricio or the Palace of Guevara under the prism of the eye of the Lorca.

" For her part, the Councilor for Culture explained that "this coming Monday the reading of the minutes of the contest is scheduled, as well as the delivery of the prizes to Matías Giner, first prize and Juan Clemente, second prize winner.

In addition, this exhibition will be inaugurated in which we can enjoy the work of the winners of this photographic marathon, which we organize together with the San Clemente Cultural Festive Federation, included in the program on the occasion of the patron festival ".

Mazuecos Moreno recalled that "the exhibition will be open, at the Esp n Cultural Fund, until next January 8, from 5:30 p.m.

to 8 p.m., as one more cultural activity to offer to our neighbors to enjoy these Christmas days, but yes, always respecting more measures included in the Covid Contingency Plan, among which is the limited capacity ".

In addition to the face-to-face exhibition, another virtual one has been organized in which the work of the two winners can be enjoyed.
