The councilors of Oeneg sy Deportes of the City of Lorca, Mar a Dolores Chumillas and Irene J dar have presented, this morning, together with the president and treasurer of APAT Lorca, Isabel Arcas and Antonio L pez, the second edition of 'La Hoya Lorca Trail' for the benefit of the Association of Parents of Early Attention (APAT Lorca).
The councilor of Oeneg s, Mar a Dolores Chumillas, has reported on "the celebration of the second edition of 'La Hoya Lorca Trail'.
A solidarity activity that, in this second year, due to sanitary circumstances caused by the coronavirus pandemic, it will be reinvented and will have a virtual character but the need to link the care and well-being of children with functional diversity will continue to be made visible, together with the importance of giving visibility to inclusive sport ".
Mar a Dolores Chumillas explained that "participating is very easy because you only have to register on the website www.cruzandolameta.es, download the free application and participate, from December 26 to January 10 , choosing one of the proposed tests: Trail Running of 22 kilometers; Trail Running or Hiking in distances of 22, 10 and 5 kilometers; route of 103 kilometers in Road Bike; route of 43 kilometers in Mountain Bike; Handbike 25 kilometers or Jolette on a 12 kilometer route, try these last two in which to place special emphasis, because inclusive sport is our icon and the mind sets limits, the heart surpasses them ".
The mayor has detailed "the inscriptions, which can be made until January 8 and the first 450 will have a runner's bag, will have a cost of 8 euros in any discipline and 10 euros if the shipment is desired or from the shirt to the home, all the proceeds will be donated to the Association of Parents and Mothers of Early Attention.

For her part, the Councilor for Sports thanked all the groups "that this year, despite the circumstances and difficulties in organizing activities, they have worked, even harder, to organize this second edition of a sports activity with a solidarity character and whose money collected will be given to APAT so that they can continue working, growing, and also reaching goals ".
Irene J dar has encouraged all those federated and non-federated athletes, families and children to participate in an event that once again shows the solidarity that sports carry with it, as well as enjoying doing what they do.
Likewise, we also collaborate with an association that fights for the inclusion of children with various pathologies or simply who need any type of family-level care, to seek the necessary resources to cover the treatments and / or care they require ".
