[The UGT union section urges CC.OO. to dismiss its Secretary of the Trade Union Section in the City of Lorca (17/01/2021)

The UGT union section urges CC.OO.

to dismiss its Secretary of the Trade Union Section in the Hon.

Lorca City Council, Mr.

Enrique Yelo Martnez. That this union section has been made aware of the attitude of the Secretary of the CC.OO.

union section.

in the Hon.

Lorca City Council towards colleagues from their work environment, as well as the statements made by it to the media, for which UGT expresses itself in the following terms: 1.

That regarding the statements of Mr.

Enrique Yelo, in which he stated "the division of the local police staff and the rotten environment", this section wants to clarify that they are not such, but that we are before the attempt of this Mr.

that this situation is imposed within the police staff, with the sole objective of destabilizing it and achieving their own personal objectives, since as the saying says ½n, â € œA troubled river, fishermen gainâ € ??. 2.

That the representation of CC.OO.

On the staff of the Local Police, it is currently a minority, not to say almost residual, all due to the attitude of this union representative towards the majority of the members of the local police. 3.

That the attitude of this Mr., began with the change of government team in 2019, but has intensified in recent months, when after the last call to provide, by system of mobility, 8 local police officers and after a fair trial, a person of their â € œintersâ € ?? was left out of the positions offered, and all this, despite the attempts, let's say not very ethical, of Mr.

Enrique Yelo, for this person to obtain a position as an agent in the Local Police Corps of Lorca. 4.

That this last issue and that of not being able to control the Headquarters of the Local Police of Lorca, derives the animosity of this person towards the Commissioner-Chief of the Police Local from Lorca, hence his commitment to calling the square and being able to have someone in command of his liking and with whom it is easier for him to impose his criteria. 5.

That in the face of the continuous attacks by Mr.

Enrique Yelo and his little â € œcamarillaâ € ?? towards Mr.

Jos Antonio Sansegundo Glvez, Chief Commissioner of the Local Police of Lorca, and now also towards Mr.

Andrs Bernal Alczar, Inspector-Deputy Chief of the Local Police of Lorca From this union we show them our support and urge them to continue in the same line of work marked, since we consider that it is the correct and most beneficial for the Local Police Corps of Lorca and therefore for Lorca and its citizens. 6.

That, by two agents of the Local Police of Lorca, complaints have been made to the CC.OO.

management, both at the regional and national levels, due to the provocative attitude and contempt towards these and towards other colleagues of the Local Police of Lorca, improper attitude of a worker representative towards their own colleagues, which causes a serious deterioration in both labor relations and union relations All this with the aim of implanting a toxic environment within the staff of the Local Police. That, due to all the above, from UGT we urge Mr.

Enrique Yelo Martnez to retract his statements, moderate his attitude and desist from fighting his personal battles and those of others through his union, CC .OO.

and that, if he does not see himself with the capacity, he resigns from his position and leaves the way free to other people committed to union action, since a historical union such as CC.OO.

it does not deserve to have this type of representation in institutions.

And all this in order to maintain cordial and beneficial relations with the staff of the Local Police of Lorca.
