The Councilor for Citizen Security of the City Council of Lorca, José Luis Ruiz Guillén, has taken stock of the actions carried out by the Local Police of Lorca during the past week, between January 18 and 24 January, for the correct compliance with the measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
The Councilor for Citizen Security has indicated "within the prevention and surveillance tasks carried out by the Local Police that have been carried out both in the districts and in the urban area for their correct fulfillment, a total of 48 have been carried out controls, 303 people have been identified and 507 vehicles have been controlled ".
José Luis Ruiz Guillén has referred to the sanctions carried out for non-compliance with the anti-Covi-19 measures, a total of 210, among which are "the 88 that have been filed for non-compliance with the mandatory use of masks; 33 for not respecting curfew; 25 for non-compliance with local capacity, allowing consumption at the bar and not meeting closing hours; 21 for breaching the Protection of Citizen Security; 15 for meetings of more than six people; 11 for excess occupants in vehicles; 10 for not respecting traffic restrictions; 4 for violation of the Citizen Coexistence Ordinance and three for smoking on public roads without respecting the minimum distance of two meters ".
Ruiz Guillén has detailed that "the sanctions imposed on non-compliance with the mandatory use of a mask, the curfew, as well as the capacity of the premises have increased, allow consumption at the bar and not respect the closing time with respect to the previous week from January 11 to 17, going from 41 penalties to 88 for non-compliance with the use of the mask, from 32 to 33 for the curfew and from 10 to 25 for the capacity in stores, allowing bar drinks and not respect the closing hours, going from a total of 83 to 146 penalties during the past week.
