Councilman Economics in the city of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, reported that the city council is facing this year to a total payment in excess of 2.7 million euros because of the payment of planning agreements "trap" approved solo by the PSOE in 2005. This amount includes the figure already has had to pay in the month and a half has passed this year (€ 348,007.07), the forecast made for this purpose for the remainder of 2016 (246 862 05 €), and the three final judgments that are already on the table of the bodies of the City, and involving a debt of 522,000, 371,500 and 1,230,000 euros respectively.

Today the City is faced to pay the convictions of 9 planning agreements.
It has come to return fractional agreements to pay 6 others and lack formalize the payment of another 3 on existing or imminent judgment.
Three other agreements are also prosecuted but without judgment, for a combined total of close to 3 million euros.
Two other agreements already have submitted written complaint demanding the return of the amounts paid, representing globally the amount of 2.5 million.
