The Blue Museum of Holy Week, MASS, has welcomed this morning the visit of 120 students of the College of Special Education Pilar Soubrier, who have also had the opportunity to visit the baroque church of San Francisco, declared a National Monument in 1982.
The school, with 60 teachers, have been received by the Director of MASS, Bastida Joaquín Gil, and have toured the various floors of the largest museum in the Region of Murcia, knowing embroideries that are part of the permanent collection of the same and learning about the traditional art of embroidery Lorca.
They also visited the Church of San Francisco, where they could see up close and tested elements involved in the procession itself, such as the blue helmets horses and even play a musical instrument, ending a full and intimate procesionista morning.
