This municipal area prepares and teaches courses for food handlers in the categories of catering, Retail, Confectionery, cakes, pastries and bakery, as well as fruit and vegetable products and meat establishments.
Courses are held for three days with sessions of two hours each day.
The assessment of the knowledge acquired by the students is done through written or oral examination for those who have problems with reading comprehension test.
