The Institute Ramón Arcas Friday hosts a seminar on youth football organized by the Peña Madridista (13/04/2016)

Martinez Carrasco said that sport in the lower grades have to be approached as a task of stimulation for the kids, away from Archaic based in mere competition models.

Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Juan Francisco Martinez, with the President of the Madridista Peña, Antonio Reverte, presented this morning in the city council the symposium will take place next Friday at 7 pm in the Hall Actos institute Ramón Arcas, under the name "Football Base, Education and Competition".

This is an event that will be attended by Tomás Roncero, sports journalist, Jesus Rosagro, Sports Director of the Football Federation of Murcia, Pedro Tristante Oliva, former referee of First Division, Beatriz Teruel, psychologist, and Councilman Sports Consistory Lorca, Juan Francisco Martinez.

Councilman Sports explained that we are talking about an issue that has particular importance, because not only we refer to the attention of the players themselves, their values education improvement through sportsmanship and team, but also an issue which has been the subject of analysis and performance especially in recent years.

It is the attitude and behavior of the parents of the kids during the matches played in the lower categories.

This issue is capital in the formation of the kids, as found in ages when seeking behavior referrals that apply not only in the development of the competition, but in many areas throughout his life.

Martinez Carrasco said that sport in the lower grades have to be approached as a task of stimulation for the kids, away from archaic rooted patterns mere improvement and extreme competition, ie, one that advocated that the only thing important was the objective, under the wrong prism, precisely because the kids have to enrich their training in personal growth values such as team spirit, collaboration, generosity, above all, respect for the opponent in the sports scene.

Ultimately it is that kids enjoy what they do and have a good time while they know new friends, living new experiences and develop their football skills linked to educational process corresponding to their age.

That is, in short, what must prevail in these kids, and us, from the institutional, arbitration, journalistic and other pairings to football, we have to protect.
