FERAMUR 2016, the 33rd edition opens Thursday at noon, it will offer visitors more than thirty demonstrations of traditional crafts of the region of Murcia and the whole of Spain, in its demonstration area located in the Alameda of the Constitution of Lorca .
22 Thursday morning between 12 and 14 hours, there will be demonstrations Forge, Pottery and Painting on tiles;
in the afternoon there will be a new demonstration Forge (19 hours), as well as stone carving (20 h) and Modeling-painting ceramic (21 h);
it may also be seen live art Bobbin Lace Lorca.
23 Friday morning (12-14 hours) will be demonstrations of pottery and painting on tiles;
while in the afternoon there will be demonstrations of modeling-painting ceramic (19 hours) Stone Carving (21 hours) and lacework.
On Saturday 24 there will be demonstrations of pottery (12 hours) Stone Carving (19 h), again Potteries (20 h) and Modeling-painting ceramic (21 h) plus lacework.
Finally, on Sunday 25 there will be demonstrations of pottery (12 hours) Stone Carving (19 h) and again Potteries (20 h), with lacework.
In addition, every day of the Fair may be seen at the stands of exhibitors shows Goldware, decoration Fans and Talla-etched glass.
Simultaneously, throughout the Fair, the Federation of Women's Organizations of Lorca prepare the best food products in the food court, allowing the public to see firsthand how typical products are cooked according to traditional recipes, plus to taste our best dishes.
With these demonstrations, which will be held in a specially demarcated for them area, FERAMUR wants to bring further the work of our artisans the audience, allowing them to witness the creative process, from handling raw materials to the conclusion the piece.
