Agents of the National Police have arrested in the town of Lorca two women of Brazilian nationality as alleged perpetrators of a crime related to prostitution and favoring illegal immigration.
Among the functions of the Local Aliens and Borders Brigades is the fight against illegal immigration, as well as the prevention and investigation of crimes that might favor it, such as trafficking in human beings, coercive prostitution or labor exploitation And / or sexual nature of persons.
As a consequence of these objectives, among other things, random and selective checks on foreigners are carried out at different local nightlife venues.
In one of these controls carried out last week, in an alternative club located in El Saladar Paraje of the locality of Lorca, eight women were identified as practicing prostitution, which once affiliated turned out to be all of them in an irregular situation.
Likewise, the two men in charge of the club, two women of 36 and 37 years of Brazilian nationality, were detained, as there were more than enough indications of the profits they obtained for the prostitution of the eight women present.
The operation has been carried out by agents of the Police National Police of Lorca of the Higher Police Headquarters of the Region of Murcia.
