Before the appearance of blizzards or heavy snow:

If you are going outside, wear several warm and light garments, rather than a single garment of thick fabric.

Avoid tight clothing.

Allow air to circulate and act as an insulation.

Protect face, head and hands.

Do not perform excessive physical exercises since the cold is not good for the heart.

It is not convenient for older people and children to go out into the street.

Any changes that may occur in the alert, the population will be informed by the relevant means.
