The Municipal Citizens Group wants to advance the first motion that will present in the ordinary plenary of January.

The Spokesman - Councilman Antonio Meca explains the operation: "This procedure is based on prior knowledge of the needs of various councils, making a request of three budgets to companies preferably Lorca or autonomous, supply or necessary material, channeling and agglutinating the Total, obtaining a better price when making a bigger purchase package: it is not the same thing to buy a box of pages, than a palé ".
It also achieves a drastic reduction of costs and a better quality control of the products or services provided, increasing efficiency and transparency in these procedures.
"The Central of Purchases, would be formed by technicians and representatives of the municipal groups, forming a collegiate body for the control of current expenditure," explains the mayor.
