The Municipal Budget has been amended by the neighbors in an unprecedented event since the PP governs in Lorca.

Sosa and Martin have explained that when the PP presented the draft budgets allocated only 40,000 euros for expenses of neighborhood meetings or districts, instead of the 1.4 million euros that would correspond to them in accordance with the provisions of the Districts Regulation 2% of the total budget).
"To mask the breach of this rule, the government team has taken off a completely arbitrary formula for calculating 2% but only certain chapters, finally allocating 147,283 euros to the districts," said Martin.
