Agents of the National Police have arrested a man as the alleged perpetrator of at least 14 felonies of fraud and documentary misrepresentation to different clients to whom he managed savings plans and auto insurance for approximately € 61,500, which never formalized .

The investigation began after the receipt last month of a complaint in which the victim narrated as in 2011, a person he trusted and his son's great friend convinced him to rescue a "fixed savings plan" Which had, in the amount of 28,000 euros in a bank, which was going through a bad time due to its merger and problems with the preferred.

Also this person urged him to invest that amount of money in one of the savings plans of a well-known and reputed insurance company, where he worked as a free agent;

Promising a high profitability, much higher than the one in the bank.

Accessing the complainant to this and opening a "Savings Plan" of 28,000 euros which should have at least five years deposit and within this period would report about 6,000 euros of interest.

After this time the complainant asked the now arrested to return their savings can check, after much insistence and long, that he had been the subject of a scam, and that not only had not achieved the promised profitability but had lost the savings of all his lifetime.

Similarly, the investigators found that the detainee falsified the data of authentic policies that he manipulated by a software of treatments of text to make true his deception.

In addition to this complaint, the detainee, 13 more charges are charged for fraud in the car insurance process, which if collected but never came to materialize.
