It is a line of action defined in the PEPRICH that seeks to guarantee the maintenance of the architectural peculiarities with which this area has been declared, declared historic-artistic set on March 5, 1964.

The compositional treatment of the building will have a unitary character until its encounter with the street, taking into account the structural elements (walls or pillars), common of the building, so that the composition of the low floors should be integrated at the composite level with the rest of the building.
Buildings intended for equipment shall be subject to the aesthetic conditions of this particular standard.
The covering of the buildings can be realized by roof, roof or mixed that can be flat or inclined.

The composition of the faƧade will be integrated by the general compositional lines derived from the original structure, contemplating possible imposts and decorative elements.
The decoration, publicity and composition of the premises in ground floor can not in any way detract from the general composition of the building, and must be integrated as a whole.
The structure of the faƧade will be vertical and will be carried out with criteria of continuity, simplicity and constructive coherence throughout, not allowing entres or closed protrusions in both ground floor and height.
For the treatment of the facade will be used the traditional plasters and stucco and the natural stone with similar patterns to the traditional ones, being forbidden the imitation of any type, as well as the plasters based on cementious and coarse aggregate, as well as those of arid Siliceous, generally veneered, pre-veneered or aluminum, as well as curtain walls, monolayers and brick as a global solution of the facade.
