The Councilors of Information Society and Education of the City of Lorca, Juan Francisco Martínez and Francisco Montiel, respectively, have informed this morning that the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lorca will organize next Wednesday May 17 a Training Day Dual Professional for businesses.
The Dual FP helps to improve the labor insertion of the young people and also give a better answer to the needs of the companies, since they can modify and organize the training content according to their needs and work rhythms and, therefore, Allows much better adaptation of professional skills to their real needs and those of their sector.
The objective of this Conference is to strengthen the quality and extension of the Dual Vocational Training system in our Region through the promotion, advice and support of the companies participating in it.
Through the participation in the Dual Training system, the company becomes a training agent.
The fact that the apprentice is formed in the same conditions in which the safe work is exercised the acquisition of knowledge that is only acquired by the work.
The Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lorca seeks to strengthen the relationship between the training centers involved and companies, as well as support and facilitate the management of the procedures that must be carried out by companies.
