Fulgencio Gil has detailed that "Lorca has a strip of coast that extends along 9 km integrated by 13 beaches: Playa Larga, Cala Blanca, Playa de los Hierros, Cala Leña, Cala de la Grotta, Playa Junquera, Playa Ciscar Barracks, Cala Honda, San Pedro Beach, Siscal Beach, Women's Bath Beach, Calnegre Beach and Puntas de Calnegre Beach ".
