The Councilor for the Environment of the City of Lorca, Satur Martínez, has announced that the Consistory will purchase and install multitude of elements and plantations for the execution of a landscape itinerary for the Life Riverphy Project.
This initiative is framed within ACTION B6 of the aforementioned project in which various partners collaborate and consists in the creation of an interpretative itinerary of the project next to the place of action.

Satur Martínez has reported that "the acquisition and installation of panels and signs, which have already been previously defined by the General Directorate of Quality and Environmental Assessment, lead partner of the project, aim to provide educational use to the talks or visits Techniques that are carried out in the area of ​​action ".
"It is contemplated the installation of a safety net in the retaining wall of the Guadalentín river that is at the height of the municipal road of Zorrolobo, next to the right margin of the river in a section of 200 meters to guarantee the safety of the realized visits ".

The European Project Life Riverphy is made up of four partners: the coordinating partner is the General Directorate of Quality and Environmental Assessment of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment, the City of Lorca, the Management, Exploitation and Recovery Group Soils and Waters of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and the Segura Hydrographic Confederation.
