Answer IU Verdes to the PP on the invoice of 4,500 euros for hotel rooms (19/06/2017)

In response to the press release issued by the Government team of the City of Lorca entitled "The Municipal Government Team demonstrates that all criticism of IU billing starts from a fallacy" we want to state the following:

1) And fundamental.

In the exercise of the control of the municipal action, as council members of the Opposition, we have the right to receive information regarding said invoice.

We requested SEVEN MONTHS.

If so transparent is everything Why do not they publish it?

Where is the retail bill?

What is this other "series of expenses" by concept, date, amount ...?

Show them!

2) Date of issue of the invoice: the expenses of the invoice occurred in March and May 2015. Why is the invoice dated June 23, 2016?

According to article 11 of Royal Decree 1619/2012 of November 30, approving the Regulation regulating billing obligations, "invoices or substitute documents must be issued at the time of the operation. In any case, invoices or substitute documents must be issued before the 16th day of the month following the tax settlement period in which the transactions were carried out. "

And, eye, "recapitulative" invoices (those that include operations carried out on different dates for the same recipient) are legal only "provided they have been made within the same natural month" (art.13).

Here churras and merinas are invoiced with at least two months of difference.

Let them explain it too.

3) The inauguration of the embroidery exhibition "Reconstruction of Lorca through the European Regional Development Fund" (expenses that, according to "municipal sources", are included in the controversial invoice) took place at the seat of the European Parliament on May 12, 2015 (in the middle of the municipal elections campaign).

According to a press release from the City Council (accompanied by a photo) attended the then mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, two councilors of the PP and I imagine that, at least, who made the photo and wrote the press release.

Were four people needed, with their corresponding plane tickets and hotel rooms to go to Brussels?

Is this the way to "squeeze out the last euro that goes into the municipal coffers" (http://www.lorca.es/lorcainforma/noticiasDetalle.asp?id=8202).

4) Places to talk about travel, we continue to wait for the City Council to report who paid the Jódar to Egypt and Costa Esmeralda to "look for ideas for Marina de Cope."

Because according to the promoters involved in the development of RIA, they were the ones who did it (the ones on whose interests Jódar and his followers had to vote in plenary).

IU denounced it months ago also and requested a copy of the invoices that have not yet been provided.
