The Councilor for Equality of the City of Lorca, Juan Francisco Martínez Carrasco, together with the President of the Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users, Carmina Reverte, have presented the V edition of the traditional Christmas Concert organized by this group with collaboration of the Lorca Consistory.

The director of the Municipal Band of Music, Antonio Manzanera, accompanied them in the presentation.

The Guerra Theater will host the concert that will take place on Wednesday, December 27 at 8:00 p.m.

The Municipal Music Band, directed by Antonio Manzanera, will participate first.

In second place will participate the Santa Cecilia Choir, directed by Jesús Jódar Manzano, to interpret popular Christmas carols.

Both formations will join at the end of the performance to sing Christmas compositions, completing a very rich afternoon in culture and solidarity.

And, although the entrance to the concert will be free, whoever wants it can deliver non-perishable food or toys for the needy, since volunteers from Cáritas will be present at the Theater to collect the solidarity of those who want to collaborate and have not had the opportunity to do it in other solidarity initiatives.
