"I would like as Councilor for Citizens in the City of Lorca, to wish you to spend these festivities so close to Christmas, in the company of your family and friends, especially the most disadvantaged families, who are the worst because of a cruel crisis that deprives them of having a job and the possibility of having the economic resources necessary to support their families.

We have many pending subjects for 2018, such as among others the eternal aspiration of the Lorca to have a reasonable tax such as the IBI or fees and costs provided to the services and supplies we receive, similar to our neighbors in other municipalities, as is drinking water.

We have to start up our productive fabric, the recovery of our historic center and traditional trade, solve the historical demand for water for our primary sector of agriculture and livestock, because from here emanate much of the job opportunities needed by Lorca.

Public offices have to be by your side, be part of the solution to your problems and not face another burden, fight without fear to improve our local administration, treat and serve the inhabitants of our districts in an equal and fair manner, socially cater to the most needy so that they feel protected by their institution.

Let's look at next year with optimism and hope to overcome the difficulties that may affect us, with my commitment to fight without fear and without rest to try to be part of the solution of your problems.
