In its work of control to the government, the PSOE detects that the Popular Party has already paid 68,000 euros to a company for the writing of the project of section III of the Central Round.

It is one of the projects that the current Mayor and his councilors intentionally hid the PSOE during the plenary session

The deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán has denounced that the mayor and his council members "intentionally" concealed from the opposition most of the projects that requested access in the face of the full monograph that was held at the request of the PSOE to debate about the state of "chaos" in the city by the works.

Of the 26 files that the councilors of the PSOE requested to have access, the Popular Party decided to teach "only five".

Before this sample of "lack of transparency", during the Plenary Session, the councilor responsible for works, mr.

Mecca tried to excuse himself by ensuring that they could only give access to "those files whose drafting had been commissioned by the City of Lorca."

Among those projects drafted by the City of Lorca, Abellán says, "should be the project of section III of the Central Round."

And the proof is that, as they detected in the list of bills of the Local Government Board, "this City Council has paid 68,000 euros for the project of section III of the Central Round", so "if they have already paid that amount, it's because the project is done and they have it. "

Abellán demands Gil Jódar to clarify "why they deliberately hid the project of section III of the Central Round if they already have it".

He assures that this obscurantism increases the suspicions about the paralysis that the project suffers for months.

In this regard, Isidro Abellán recalls that last October the current Mayor announced his intention to promote a popular consultation so that Lorca, with their vote, can decide on the future use of the La Torta bridge over the bed of the Rambla de Tiata

Given this situation, from the PSOE pose a series of questions that the Mayor "should clarify immediately."

What solution does the project that you have to the Puente de la Torta issue?

If in that "supposed" citizen's consultation that the Mayor intends to do, the result is contrary to what the project they already have, what do we do with the 68,000 euros that have already been paid to a company for that project?

Do we spend another € 68,000 on another project?

Is it that they are already sure what will come out of that future consultation to write and pay in advance the project before asking the citizens?
