The Municipal Plenary promotes urban planning procedures to favor the growth of business facilities in the Saprelorca industrial estate (26/02/2018)

Satur Martínez: "it is an excellent news that adds to those we have recently received referred to the expansion of other firms established in Saprelorca, as well as in other areas and industrial estates of our municipality.

The Councilor for Urbanism in the City of Lorca, Satur Martinez, reported that the Plenary Session of the Municipal Council has approved a new impetus for the development, growth and management of the Saprelorca industrial estate.

This is the Detail Study relating to plots 9 and 10 of the second extension of the mentioned polygon in its sector B-1.

Satur Martinez explained that the objective of this measure, which follows the indication of our Mayor, Fulgencio Gil, to put urbanism at the service of people, is to enable the ordering of volumes in the aforementioned plots to promote their grouping, making use of buildability in a joint way and suppressing the current setbacks in the adjoining boundary between both plots.

This study allows owners to communicate both plots, moving the setbacks to other fronts.

According to the statements made by the promoters, a new corporate headquarters will be built, an excellent piece of news that is added to those we have recently received regarding the expansion of other firms in Saprelorca, as well as in other areas and industrial estates of our municipality.

The Town Planning Edil has ensured that the Municipal Executive maintains as a priority objective of its urban management on industrial land favoring the implementation of new companies, enabling existing companies to increase their facilities so that our industrial land increasingly houses companies.

We are aware that we must stimulate the establishment of societies that generate new jobs in such a way that we deepen economic diversification, a common goal of our society.

In fact the New Lorca that we are managing to raise among all Lorca pivots on the strategy of a strong and consolidated economy, able to complement each other in a necessary way.

We must remember that the regulations that affect the partial plan that includes these zones allows grouping plots to form larger ones.

When the grouping of plots involves the modification of the setbacks provided in the parcel of this Partial Plan, it is necessary to adapt the new alignments and buildable volumes through a Detail Study, a situation that we are currently developing.

The variation foreseen in the detailed study establishes new volume conditions, in such a way that the maximum land occupation on a plot will be 75% (7,125 m2), while the maximum permitted floor area is 0.85 m2 / m2 (8,075). m2 roof).

The setback to adjoining: to the street front 7 m, to side and bottom 4m, establishing a central space of 12 meters wide by 50.25 meters deep, resulting in a free space of 2.375 m2 building
