MOTION
Since 2007 we are experiencing the crisis more serious and complex lasts 80 years.
The Socialist government has sought to respond to every unexpected challenge and has done generally in line with other European governments, but considering the circumstances.
Steps have been taken with the various problems posed by each stage of the crisis.
These important steps to offset the sharp decline in activity and social protection while preserving to the massive job losses, have had their effect on the deficit and now we must make special efforts and extraordinary mitigation.
Until now it was needed the injection of public funds to maintain the activity but it is time to phase out progressively the stimulus and focus on the fiscal adjustment once the recovery is in sight.
The crisis is more to the Murcia region, product growth model PP.
We are the region where unemployment has grown in recent years, and we are 20 points of the Spanish average per capita wealth,
However, the waste of the regional administration has produced:
A fall in public investment of 50%.
A debt of the Autonomous Community of Murcia providers and companies of 1,500 million euros.
Social policy, education, health, dependency, non-contributory pensions, etc .- has been located in the tail of all the Autonomous Communities.
Moreover, the regional administration is being funded with money that comes from the Government of Spain to apply the Dependency Law, but not used for that purpose.

The annual cost per household gross regional television is 152 euros per year, while the Spanish average is 119 euros.
Regarding local government, the absence of a true plan of adjustment and austerity in the municipality Lorca, has led to today occurs:
Increased delays in payments to providers of City Hall.
Delays in income subsidies to the various associations and organizations of the municipality.
Delays in payments to groups in need of municipal aid, such as transport aid scholarships university.
Excessive financial costs due to refinancing policy of the Consistory, which have increased the interest paid by the council in more than 500,000 € per year.
Uncontrolled municipal budget with unnecessary spending at the moment such as local television.
Excessive labor costs due to the hiring of municipal officials may be appointed to at the moment are unnecessary in the municipal organization.
Liquidity mismatches that can result in a deficit budget, which in turn drag the consistory financial situation of no return intractable
Therefore, the Municipal Socialist Group in the city of Lorca presents for discussion and approval the following:
AGREEMENTS
1. Request the Government of the Autonomous Community of Murcia the following conservation measures within an austerity plan:
1.1 .- Reduction of 15% of salary of senior posts and direct appointment of regional administration and regional deputies.
1.2 .- Disposal of 50% of the offices and places of direct appointment of regional government.
1.3 .- An Act Sanitation Sector Restructuring and Regional Public to virtually eliminate public enterprises, foundations and other entities that now exist in numbers greater than 100, and providing, in many cases, the very same services region.
1.4 .- Reduction of 15% of all current expenditures of the Autonomous Community.
1.5 .- Elimination diets Councils and Regional Advisory Councils.
2. That the City Council proceed Lorca:
2.1 .- Reduction of 15% of the remuneration received by each and every one of the councilors who comprise the Municipal Council of the City of Lorca.
2.2 .- Elimination of allowances for elected office of the City of Lorca, and members of the Councils and Municipal Enterprises.
2.3 .- Suppression of each and every one of the senior selection from appearing in the municipal organization and whose jobs can now be performed by civil servants of the municipality of Lorca, including: Planning manager, manager SUVILOR, director of the Municipal Council for Culture and Celebrations, etc.
2.4 .- Set a spending cap for mobile and other terminals councilors from the City Council does not exceed 100 euros per month.
2.5 .- 50% reduction in staff assigned to the office of the press.
2.6 .- Elimination of special bonuses.
2.7 .- Elimination of wasteful expenditure on advertising and propaganda.
2.8 .- 50% reduction in travel expenditure and institutional protocol.
2.9 .- Elimination of budgetary allocation to the implementation of local television.
2.10 .- Proportional reduction in all groups municipal councilors-time.
2.5 .- Reduction of all unnecessary expenses and unnecessary at this time, do not directly affect the services provided to citizens of Lorca by the municipality, such as:
- Mobile Municipal Park, with a plan that efficiently optimize the use of city vehicles.
- Fuel expenses.
- Expenditure on newspapers, magazines and books.
- Expenditure on office equipment.
