The XIII Certamen Ciudad de Lorca Anglers held in Almeria Vera Playazo with the participation of 88 fishermen, ie, 44 pairs from 10 clubs and societies for sport fishing.
The tournament began at 18 am on Saturday, concluding Sunday morning when it came to weighing, after all night trying to catch the best parts.
The organization was in charge of the Sportfishing Association of City of Lorca and the Municipal Sports and Games.
Due to the success in previous years, was held for the fifth year running parallel to the Land event, an Open Local, where couples were federated no proof of their capacity for this test.
On completion of both championships, we note that although the weather was not as adverse as in previous editions, it is true that fishermen had to fight an east wind adverse offered various problems, including the accumulation of algae.
However participants did their part all the enthusiasm, desire and knowledge to achieve remarkable catches in terms of quantity and weight.
