The Community makes it easier for regional businesses to collaborate with Noksel in the construction of its plant in Lorca (28/09/2010)

The Ministry of Universities and Research Company has provided through the Service Business Opportunity Promotion Institute (Info) in the district of Guadalentín that several companies in the county and the region will be responsible for the construction of the plant Noksel in Lorca.

This was stated today by the Minister Salvador Marín, who along with the mayors of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, and Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, and Noksel company president, Salim Akkoyunlu, visited the works of the factory.

Specifically, this service led to the recruitment of regional companies for the execution of civil works, as well as auxiliary enterprises engaged in air conditioning, plumbing, fire, concrete floors, masonry, carpentry, glass, suspended ceilings, plastering, painting, among others.

Marin said that "from the regional government are doing important work to attract and develop innovative industrial investment to the region within the framework of the Industrial Plan and the Plan for Attracting Investment. An example is Noksel, whose investment is already helping to boost the sector regional production and generate wealth and quality jobs. "

About 40 percent of the overall project of the factory, which has a budget of 22 million euros, has already executed.

This work involves the construction of a service building, a water vessel, another vessel of coatings resins warehouse and three outdoor areas for storage of pipes and other materials, which will add the installation of a line of machinery.

The end date work is scheduled for late February or early March, with production forecast at this stage the company of 75,000 tonnes per year and create 200 jobs.

The total project Noksel Lorca Group includes the construction of a pipe factory 21,000 square meters, on a plot of 96,000 square meters in the polygon Saprelorca, with a total budget of 32 million euros, with a production that will reach the 150,000 tons and generate 920 direct and indirect jobs.
