Why do we need a profound transformation in the political and institutional structures of our city?.

Is not this then the dictatorship of the influences and interests?
And the holy sacrifice of governing?: Spain is a market where everything is bought and sold to the highest bidder, where their leaders absent marketed ideals and values the votes of gullible voters who believed his promises.
What is needed?
