The PSOE does not preclude the submission of an audit committee of accountability in the controversy of parking spaces (03/12/2010)

The Socialist councilor Isidro Abellán lamented that "infighting" between different councils of the City cause this type of situation where "bad vibes" and "mismatch" between some council is just visible.

The Municipal Socialist Group today called for registration, all documentation on the record auction of 19 parking spaces owned by the municipality whose existence was unknown to the council of finance, Antonio Ibarra.

This was announced Councilman PSOE, Isidro Abellán, ensuring that his party does not preclude the application of a Commission on Audit to investigate and refine the responsibilities that come as it is demonstrated that the whole is attributable to the current management team Popular Party government, which must respond to those acts.

Abellán lamented that "infighting" between different councils of the City cause this type of situation where "bad vibes" and "mismatch" between some council is just visible.

The socialist mayor recalled that each and every one of the goods received by the council, including the aforementioned parking lots, approved by the plenary of the Corporation, in which political groups are represented.

Of the 19 parking spaces "hidden", 2 of them, located in the building Lorca Sun, and dating from 2001, are deeded in favor of the City of Lorca, and moreover, the own town is the registered owner thereof in the Owners of the building and has even been paying the share of the homeowners association in 2009 and still has shares in 2010, by which some neighbors consulted, the council appears as owner "delinquent."

Moreover, we surprised that Mr. Alderman of Finance does not know of the existence of these 2 car garage, when one of its properties is the administrator of the building.

As for the other 17 parking spaces, which are located in the Puerta del Sol building located in Alameda de Cervantes, were handed to His Excellency.

Lorca Town Hall just a few days before the Popular Party won the municipal elections of 2007, which accounted for Mr. Jodar and his government team handling all the assets of such licenses, once granted the first occupancy that date.

The remainder, ie those found in the Residencial La Quinta, located at the end of the Rambla, the first occupation licenses or certificates of habitability were granted as of 29/07/2009, in full command of the Popular Party by This fact proves once again that the lack of information and obscurantism which follows from the statements of Mr. Ibarra is produced during the tenure of the Popular Party, as has been denouncing the PSOE.
