The theater company "Rule", formed by young talents Lorca, presents its new production, an adaptation of "40, The Musical" (29/12/2010)

The promising formation of our city is committed to musicals after the success with its previous assembly, an adaptation of "Today I can not lift" which had 4,000 spectators.

The councilman of Youth council of Lorca, Joaquin Ruiz Montalvan, presented next to the components of the theater company "Rule" his new production.

This is an adaptation of "40, The Musical," which takes over from the previous piece of the company "Today I can not lift".

Montalván Ruiz explained that the company "Rule" as such was formed in April 2010, and has a promising and intense career The first project was launched today `I can not lift ', with the mounting toured five performances throughout the Region of Murcia, which was a great success, being watched by some 4,000 spectators.

In addition to this production the company has undertaken other activities such as plays for children and collaborations with other organizations or entities.

The new show features a soundtrack that includes nearly 50 songs (whole or fragments), chosen from among the greatest successes of the Spanish and international music.

Welcoming the audience with the legendary "Welcome" by Miguel Rios, remember what it sounds like "The Girl From Yesterday" Nacha Pop or "Amante Bandido" de Miguel Bosé.

Also enjoy recent successes such as "La oreja de Van Gogh" or "Amaral" even be a time when there will be a tribute to the queen of pop "Madonna" with her "Material Girl."

Company sources have said the plot revolves around a group of twentysomething friends forced to confront their lives and their conflicts are no longer assume that teenagers and they have to choose the way forward.

The protagonist of the musical begins a radioblog in internet dedicated to airing the intimacies of his friends.

Thanks to Joaquin, the protagonist, the audience will know his older brother Matthew, more concerned with aesthetics than himself.

On the other hand, Sarah, his bride of selfishness begins to tire of their partner.

Chema, and his fiancee Laura, a couple who is not working for a variety of causes, along with David and his sister Alex to have to face the home of his father, Arthur, are all characters that form the plot.

While the argument can be identified with a real situation that can happen to many people today, the music and dance troupe to liven up the show, results in a dance musical where young and not so young, feeling participate of the story told by the complicity that on many occasions between actors and spectators.

Experience over 11 years he has been able to perform numerous plays, two adaptations of musicals, TV commercials and parades and street performers as thematic assemblies.

Has knowledge of interpretation, singing and classical and modern dance.

He was also director and star of an adaptation of "Today I can not lift"

M ª Carmen Martínez Mulleras

(Producer / Technical lighting and sound).

Degree in journalism and a master's degree in audiovisual communication, having worked in television and newspapers in the region while accessing assisting the company in its musical theater projects.

Mecca Marina González

(Choreographer and dancer)

Academic training of dance for 12 years and substantial investments in local television galas, regional and national dance festivals.

Specializing in modern, classic and contemporary.

Andrea Fenoll Tesón

(Assistant Director)

Long experience in musical theater, this being his fourth mount. He has participated in adaptations such as "Mamma Mia", "Today I can not lift" and "A Christmas Carol."

Has expertise and interpretive dance, especially acrobatic.

Esther Silver Santaella

(Assistant choreographer)

He has participated in all projects of the company and has a highly educated dance and rhythmic gymnastics.
