Rafael Ruiz, number two of the PSOE in the municipal elections, has denied today the mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, who said recently that the works of Park neighborhood of La Viña were not paralyzed.
Ruiz has said that today marks three weeks since the workers of the company awarded the contract abandoned.
In fact, this morning was not performing any work in the area, nor was there any machinery.
The number two in the socialist candidate said the problem is that the City is paying the construction company, which has also paralyzed the work that had been making for the session in other areas of the municipality.
At the public hearing Ruiz were present twenty neighbors who also have strongly protested the stoppage of the works, as well as aspects of project implementation.
Ensure that the park "has lost its charm" and has become a roundabout mostly paved, unlike the majority view of the neighbors, who designed 30 years ago.
In that sense, have complained of the lack of sensitivity of the PP Mayor, Francisco Jodar, who has not agreed on the project with neighbors as promised.
Also, warn of the danger of multiple areas, especially the disabled access ramp, which has a slope so steep that can not be used to enable them to access the park.
